Yep, that's it! It's weird to think I've been there! This was taken before she moved in though I think because she has different furniture and the pool table is near where that table with chairs is. She kept the walls that color though I think because she said the previous owner (Peter Jackson who directed the Lord of the rings series!) had really good taste in paint colors. lol That must be his furniture or someone's that lived there even before him.
