It looks like she's singing in a chorus in like maybe 8th grade when she was 13.

Now that I have a copy of Taylor's yearbook I can say for sure that the girl behind her is her friend Kaylin because she was in chorus too but she was in 9th grade when Taylor was in 8th and their choruses were seperate (so unfortunately I was able to find Kaylin's chorus picture and not Taylor's because it's a high school yearbook that just has the middle schoolers in it. Sadly, that means her honor society photo wasn't in there either so I don't have a better version of that or a volleyball picture or anything else she may have done at the time) so this must've been from 7th grade because that year they were both in the middle school and the girl next to her looks like her friend Courtney but it's hard to tell because half of her face is cut off. Was it Kaylin Politzer or Courtney Hamsher who posted the picture on twitter or was it a guy or something?

Didn't an article we have on here say that she was in her school's chorus in the seventh and eighth grade? This reminds me of a chorus type performance... 
We'll just have to call it something less common so it'll be one if the only things that'll come up because it's so specific. Google is kinda weird sometimes like I googled the same thing but with your username in it and that picture of her and Cara from your tumblr came up. Then I tried it with just your username and rare Taylor Swift and the first thing that came up was the picture of her and her family where I thought she looked really different because that's also on your tumblr and further down it shows the screen snap I was talking about where she refers to the "9th grade version" of herself. haha So see it kinda works.

I also wonder if that person's in it too. We should ask them if we find them! They might answer us seeing as they're so open about knowing her.

I have no idea where it's from because I have the tendency to not keep the sources -_- I know it was from someone who apparently knew her (I say apparently because Taylor looks weird to me in this picture) on Twitter, so if you google Taylor Swift Rares you won't find it, but it is somewhere out there. I don't understand this research thing you're asking me to do.
I mean because it's on this website and it's called rare Taylor Swift so it might come up and if it does and you click on it (on a computer, not a phone or tablet) it will show you where else it is on the Internet and then you'd find the sourse and if they got it from someone (which in this case I'm guessing they didn't but if they had) then you'd find it where they found it too and at the original sourse it might say what it's from but if they didn't say then that won't work and we still don't know. We could ask them though I guess if we find them. I'd say they're probably telling the truth though because I can tell it's her. I don't think she looks weird I think she looks how she looked then. Not how she does now but it was 10 years ago. I've seen pictures before though where she looks different to me too like that one where she's playing guitar with her Tim McGraw music video co-star. I always kinda wondered if it was a body double or something who just happened to be able to play but she was wearing the same outfit as Taylor and that outfit wasn't in the video so I think it was really her and there's this other one that I put up recently where she was like maybe 11 that doesn't look like her either. It's from Aussiemileyfan's Facebook and I wouldn't have believed it if her family wasn't in it with her. Anyway, I'll look up Is this even Taylor? rare Taylor Swift and see if it comes up. That way I can just try it myself since I confused you trying to explain it. haha

It is! Where did you find it? Any idea what it might be from? She looks probably 13 to me and it looks like a school thing but they kinda looks like she's singing. Her theater group had closed by then though so I have no idea. Maybe you could google it under rare Taylor Swift pictures or something and it'll come up because it's on here and if you click on it I think you can see where else it came from like a reverse search. It might not work but if not maybe we could just give the picture a name a search for that so it'll be more likely to come up or you could google your tumblr if it's on there. I don't know, just a thought. Anyway, thanks for posting, I love finding new (old) pictures of her!
