Okay so this HAS to be from after May/June 2003 (that's when she got the guitar.) To me, it looks like mid/late 2003 (because those are the SAME jeans from the Florida Music Festival. I swear to you. Unless she bought a few pairs of the SAME jeans, but that's unlikely.) I also think it's from then because of her face/hair. IDK man, but it just gives me a very '2003' vibe.
